MISSION
Jenkins & Vojtisek, S.C. seeks to be the premier provider of Business Management and Accounting related service for the geographic area between Milwaukee and Chicago. We intend to accomplish significant growth in revenues, service quality and scope of services provided by hiring quality staff members and creating an environment wherein all staff are encouraged to grow and are compensated well in monetary and non-monetary terms.
Our foundational principles are to put quality first and meet or exceed client expectations at every opportunity. If we focus on quality, growth and profitability will follow. Secondarily, we will take the time and commit the effort to monitor productivity, keep current with available technology, and communicate effectively with every staff member to assure that we provide the superior quality product in an efficient manner to allow for revenues adequate to compensate the employees and shareholders.
Other important philosophies include:
- Leading by example wherein the people from the top should always follow the timeliness and quality standards that are expected of the staff.
- Our ethical behavior should be above reproach among clients and internal personnel as well. We put ourselves out to be an exemplary firm and we must never give others reason to view us as hypocritical.
- We must treat our co-workers with the same level of professionalism and completeness of work product as we would our largest clients
- We must use our resources wisely and to the fullest, waste nothing, and perform only those tasks that are of mutual benefit to the client and the firm. We must strive to increase standardization and consistency in whatever service or product we offer and we must document what we do and keep organized as we perform work to make sure we are efficient each step of the process
